We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created a clear, fair return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for all our customers across the United States. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items, initiating exchanges, and processing refunds, so you can shop with confidence knowing we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition—this includes no signs of wear, damage, or use, and all original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact and included with the return. For apparel items, please ensure they are not washed, worn, or modified; for furniture and lighting, items must be in their original packaging with all parts and components included, as any damage caused by improper handling or assembly will void the return eligibility.

   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@dbmgshop.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with a detailed return authorization (RA) number and step-by-step instructions for packaging and shipping your item back to us. Please note that returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted or processed, so we ask that you do not ship items back before receiving this authorization.

   Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or we sent the wrong item (in which case dbmgshop will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the return process. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (which typically takes 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Upon successful inspection of your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you can expect to see the funds reflected in your account within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing time). For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge (within the United States) once the returned item has been approved, and we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the exchange is dispatched.

   Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made or personalized products, clearance or final sale items, and items that have been used, damaged, or altered beyond their original condition. For furniture items, due to their size and weight, returns may require additional coordination, and our customer service team will provide specific instructions for these returns to ensure they are handled safely and efficiently. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@dbmgshop.com with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible—either by sending a replacement, processing a full refund, or arranging for a free return.
